Older hotel, but the rooms very clean. Hard bed but I like that. Some rooms come with breakfast. My nice and nephew had it and said it was very good. Hotel is in an area near the university. Not many resturants mostly local philippino type places. JD bakery next door which does have a great selection of baked good and local favorite type dishes.

Neat older style and well taken care of hotel. Great price and breakfast is a step up with good sourdough bread and decent options. The place is clean. Mattress is very hard, need to replace or have a legitimate topper to make it comfortable.
