The Bleu Mansion and Bleu Lagoon Resort

Chose the Bleu Haven Villa and it was terrible. One CR is not working, they only had 1 mic for a villa that's good for 20 pax, CRs are not clean, and the sound system are just as bad. To make if worse, we woke up the next day with NO RUNNING WATER.

I really wanted to leave a good review because the view is stunning, but our overnight stay last August was disappointing. We found black ants crawling on the walls, toilet seat, and upstairs bedroom floor. When we asked maintenance to clean it, we were told, “It’s normal in the Philippines.” Really? The place is super nice, it's our 2nd time coming back. You can cook, there are utensils and the rooms & bathroom are clean,the pool is nice ,can accommodate many people

We stayed in The Glass House and it was wonderful. There were up to 9 of us at one time but still plenty of room. The house and bedrooms were really nice, we cooked and ate in every day l, the kitchen was perfect for preparing food. Staffs were rude and curses at guests. They approach guests in an insolent manner. Place is not secure, any uninvited guests or intruders can come inside anytime. Staffs checks things/house even though guests have not checked out yet. If guests have lapses, they should approach politely instead of cursing the guests. We booked good for 15 people (bleu mansion) but there were no towels, utensils, plates and glasses. Really bad service. Plus there were cats pissing and it was so smelly. Dogs and cats were bothering plus the bees. The view was nice but not really a good experience inside the house.

The Blue Mansion is so Excellent, their accommodations, wide car park and very hospitality. And they move to expand their Mansion(Houses and Swimming Pool). Don't hesitate to contact their customer service.
