The Residence by Ivory

I had dinner with my wife there at the restaurant. The atmosphere you could say was romantic, the food was excellent. Above and beyond excellent service. The menu we were given was limited but it is a great idea to have a manageable menu. The chefs really know how to cook food that a foreigner can eat.

Certainly one of the best boutique hotels in Mindanao! Friendly, hospitable, and excellent service from the staff. Nice location. Ideal place to stay for short term vacation and/or business trips. Food served in the Soiree/The Lounge were amazing (was not able to take more food photos as I got hungry already 🤭🤤). Chillax atmosphere at the Skye bar (where they serve the best liquors/beverages).

People extremely nice. It's just a bit noisey a fair amount of street noise is worst thing. Place is nice and clean.

A very comfortable and modern dining and hotel experience. Clean Amenities, efficient staff and modern fixtures makes the hotel attractive to foreigners as well as locals. Highly recommended.

I didn’t expect to have this kind of accommodation in Iligan. The room, the food and the service are top notch. It’s like a 5-star hotel in a big city like Cebu. Kudos to Peter and Michael for the hospitality and excellence service. 🫰🏼
