Management failing this place. The hotel itself is fantastic. Should be full of people. I've only seen 4 other people staying here. Yet, they tried to give me a room on the second (of 6 floors) , overlooking the parking lot. I had to plead with them to at least give me a higher floor. Clubhouse needs updating, if renting a condo you will have to pay to use all facilities including the swimming pool.

Place is vast especially the man made lake with esplanade where youre free to walk around the lake.
