The rooms are modern and clean. Great bathroom with warm shower. The staff go above and beyond and are incredibly polite and helpful. Location is awesome, within walking distance to restaurants and the river walk. Short Grab ride to SM mall. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and enjoyed Iloilo.

This hotel sets a high standard for their staff and accommodations. Seda is one of the best hotels, even here in Manila. It never disappoints me. However, one thing I noticed during my stay was that the towels had an unpleasant smell. I would like to commend the staff, especially the hotel security personnel, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome.
