Clean and spacious room. The area is silent and nearby restos and spas without being in the traffic of naga city. Easy to check in and check out. Wifi is good. Other reviews here can also tell what you can experience. In my experience I was satisfied with the stay. Not the best in the city, but definitely a good affordable accomodation you can choose among the options.
Room is quite small. Weak WiFi. Average mobile network signal. Trash bin is available only inside the toilet. Toilet door doesn’t lock. Towel, shampoo & a small bar of soap is provided. Standard place with standard amenities and standard price. Pretty OK for a few nights, but don't expect much, this place is purely for sleeping only. It's got WiFi that seems pretty strong, another plus is that it's relatively new, just open early 2017 so it's still got hints of new paint smell. The room I rented for almost a week is clean and spacious. The staff are polite and very accomodating too. They don't have a pantry or kitchen where you could borrow a glass or a cup for your coffee and other eating utensils though but there's a mini convenience store just at the corner of the building.
Very nice staff, very hospitable and will attend to any of your need. They also offer monthly rates. I stayed for three months and is very satisfied with it. I stayed in this place for three months and it has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantage: it's very affordable for long time stays and it's near basic services like laundry and water refilling station.
