Location wise, this is in a peaceful area away from the central part of the city but everything you need is within 2-3 kms range including the local malls. Awsome hosts, good quiet. Location. Breakfast served for free each morning simply delicious. Nice cottage style accommodations, hosts always accessible and friendly, highly recommended if you plan to visit for a night or 2, or a much longer holiday.

One of the best place to stay in Iriga City. Ate Len, the caretaker was so accomodating during our stay over the weekend. The location is very peaceful and clean. Highly recommended!
