I read the reviews after I spent the night. The reviews are opposite than I seen. But i think I'm the first person since the flood. Manager was great. However she also has a brand new crew.. they did my laundry and brought it to me. A/C and hot water works. She even brought me TP. For thebathroom.
One star is already generous. This 'hotel' deserves a negative rating and their staff should undergo further training on how to be polite and serve guests. Not even close to what was advertised. the new building was full so we were taken to this old building. There was no wi-fi (there was a wi-fi signal detected and we asked the staff but we were informed there was none) not even a television inside the room. Terrible. The property doesnt want to honor my Agoda Booking. They said their prices have changed and was insistent to have me pay addtl charges. I refused to pay. 4 nights was cut to 2 nights stay instead. Staff was unfriendly and manager doesnt speak to u in person. Not 24 hours. No one will receive u if u arrive too early or too late. Shady. Looks like a scam.
Very poor service! 2nd time they asked to pay additional as agoda booking does not match their price. Thought the first one was just a glitch because of special occasion. Got a room with faulty AC instead of transferring us to a working AC room the attendant make a comment like blaming us why we did not turn off the ac when we went out to eat stayed the whole night on fan mode. VERY SLOOOOOOWWW internet!
