The worst and the most disappointing place we have stayed in! Rooms are dirty dusty and there was a leak on the roof that they already knew about and did nothing about it! The room was in very poor condition and not clean at all. There were many spiders in the room, which clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning and hygiene. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and the services provided were very poor. This experience did not meet even the minimum standards of comfort and hospitality.
