Had a disappointing experience here. I was already at the hotel and saw available rooms on Agoda at a better price. When I told the staff I would book through Agoda, the rooms suddenly showed as “sold out.” Because of that, I ended up booking directly with the hotel. Nice location since its sitiuated near teminal bus station going Northern part of Iloilo. A 3rd strorey building accesible by stairs they don't have elevetor. They require 500 deposit upon check in and refundable upon check out. Room is clean except that the restroom has no shower, no flush and they don't have toiletries e.g toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo. There's a 7 eleven nearby for essentilas needs.
We travel a lot and I have to say this is the worst hotel that I have stayed in in quite some time. We reserved the standard room which showed to be adequate on their website. When we got to the room it was a tiny room not much bigger than the bed, without hot water and an a/c that was questionable whether it was cooling or not. ...This hotel is good for common travel around Iloilo since it was in front of Ceres bus terminal, the room is clean and has a good wifi signal. The front desk was accommodating, and a 7-eleven store was just beside the hotel entrance. No elevator is available.
