It may have been a premier hotel a long time ago but the decay of lack of maintenance makes this a below average hotel. The staff is polite and professional and that’s the only good thing I can say. Honestly the hotel is beautiful.. and I wanted to book A wedding venue.. but the communication has been absolutely horrendous.. and took over a week for sales to reach out. Then was told they would send more information and pictures.. now a week later.. have emailed twice with zero response. Very disappointed
We went to the hotel for an afternoon snack and coffee at Caffè Primo. We'll definitely go back to try their lunch/dinner. Quiet and clean place. Staff greet you with smiles. Worst stay ever. There were no amenities as they said we were considered and given an LGU rate. There was also NO wifi and water on the following day. The staff were not accommodating to our queries and was not helpful at all. The room is clean and spacious, providing the basic supplies. The tocino breakfast is good and served in 10 min. I had wifi connections in the room and in the resto. The IT has to be called twice to fix the internet connection in my room. The IT said he needs to adjust something to have this available. Overall, it was a restful stay.
