I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The service was very disappointing. The staff were rude and did not treat guests with respect. The bedroom and CR were also very dirty. What disappointed us the most was their misleading promo. They highly advertise a 12-hour stay for 590 pesos on social media, but they do not honor it during brownouts or when there are many customers. Instead, we ended up paying 800 pesos…

Although this accommodation is budget-friendly, I cannot recommend it to travelers. The room lacks basic running water, forcing guests to fetch water from outside using an inadequately small bucket.

I would never recommend this place. Especially if you are travelling with a child! We just needed to stay for few hours while waiting for our hotel check in time since we drove all the way from manila to naga. The room is affordable. Very commendable. Good place to take some rest and spend the night after a long ride. Has cold aircon, clean room and bathroom.
