The location is a major advantage—very close to Festive Walk Mall, with restaurants, cafés, and essentials within easy reach. Ideal for guests who value comfort, simplicity, and convenience.

Very nice place to stay. Though they have shared bathroom as well as kitchen, I haven’t experience any inconvenience during my stay. It’s also near SM, and some local food shops.

Its a great quiet place for those introverts especially it provides self check in where you won’t need to face other people.

Review: I tried to contact the hotel to request moving my booking dates because my flight was cancelled (I can provide proof), but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. I understand that changes depend on availability, but I would’ve appreciated at least a reply or acknowledgment. Communication is very important, especially for travelers dealing with unexpected flight issues.

I decided to leave as soon as I checked in. The room was okay - yoh get what you pay for. But the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Considering its a shared bathroom, they should've put more effort into it maintaining it's cleanliness as well as the condition of the toilet and shower.

We stayed here for 4 days, and it was super affordable. If you're planning to look for a place just to sleep this one is good for you. Since me and my partner usually went out early in the morning and got back late at night.

Such a great experience! The place felt like home, and the host made everything easy. Would stay again for sure!
