The best part about this place is the location, its in the center of the city and near to cafes and restos. But there is no parking space allocated for guests and it is near to ktv bars so noise disturbance would be an issue. The place is okay, no fancy design, no unique amenities. But if you are just looking for a place to rest and on a budget, I would recommend this place. Reasonable for the price.

Room had multiple cockroaches in it. We found a small rat in the bathroom. Bathroom did not have any ventilation. The inn is located right beside two KTV bars and the noise went from 2PM all the way to 12 midnight. Bed sheets and pillow cases contained hair that wasn't ours indicating they weren't changed for new guests. Parking is non-existant and you have to unsafely park your car out in the street. Clean but has ants. Aircon is good can cool the whole room. Only one set of outlets and the tv set is using it. Its good for the price. A budget hotel. Only be ready to listen to noisy videoke singing even after 10:00pm.

Budget friendly and affordable! The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city and a walking distance to many restaurants and a department store. Also, it's near the road so it's very friendly to travellers who commute.

its super cheap hotel in the heart of Iligan city❤️ what i like the most is their comfort room, its net and big enough for me, compare to any expensive hotel here in iligan. better try it for yourself and you will find it truly amazing.

Lots of working girls in motel... didn't know. I asked for a refund as I was staying with family but the owner kept my money and wouldn't give it back after I saw the condition of the hotel and the clientele. I still refused to stay there.

Affordable. Accommodating staff. Clogged toilet. Ran out of towels. I'll let you figure it out, but it wasn't very nice.
