Overall a great stay. The room was valued at the perfect level for the cost. Despite the room being very affordable, it was very clean and well maintained. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenient to most tourist spots (near SM Iloilo but not walkable from there, no pathway). Clean, comfortable stay with courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are well-maintained and tidy, making it a good choice for a short visit. However, the hotel is quite basic—there are no amenities and not even complimentary bottled water provided, which may be a downside for some guests.

The rooms are typical size Hop Inn so no surprises there. Our room was clean and provided with basic amenities. Check-in was smooth and our request for additional pillows and toilet paper were quickly attended. Lobby is light and airy and the front desk staff, housekeeping and security were all courteous and professional in their demeanour. Excellent location. This is the second branch of this hotel chain that I've stayed at, and it's of same standard as the Davao branch.
