Budget friendly overnight stay. The receptionist and staff are very welcoming. Security is up 24/7. Provides free water and amenity kits. Walking distance from Festive Walk.

Noisy with people from about 6am. Cockerell wakes even earlier. Woken every morning by either other guests getting wake up knocks or family getting up. Proprietors were very helpful though. WiFi was excellent Shame there are no kettles in the room as going downstairs for hot water was a pain.... also hot water is cheaper than cold. Not sure why. Fairly convenient to Festive Walk (about 10 minute walk).

Good experience, affordable, and easy to access.
