We stayed here for 8 days with my husband and 6-month old baby. I have got nothing to complain and we had a pleasant stay overall. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. the swimming pool is clean, we saw them cleaning the pool every night, they also provide towels in the reception. Booked budget room through Agoda. Considering the price, services are satisfactory. There is pool access and complimentary breakfast. Wifi provided is not that fast but still usable. Location is near museums, park, and restaurants that tourists can visit. Note: Our room does not have a window. Not sure if all rooms are like that, but something to consider if you want a well ventilated room.

Had to follow up three times just to get the AC in our room fixed. They ended up cleaning it in the evening, which was honestly so inconvenient. Regular maintenance and checkups of room facilities should already be standard to avoid situations like this. First time I’ve experienced a hotel doing an AC cleanup during a guest’s stay.
