Rooms are indeed mediocre, affordable but they could've done better, Tv's doesn't work without load. Called to follow-up in the lobby but didn't follow through, ended up on turning the tv off. Most of all, upon entering the room there were a lot of cockroaches in it. I had to call them for the insect repellant spray but doesn't work enough. I hope they improve their room and service.

If you're looking for a reasonably costed, quiet accommodation, this is it. My aircon room with a queen sized bed, with own shower and pan is acceptable. Check them out for specials. It's 75 pesos to use the pool. The pool needs cleaning, though it's treated with salt. I swam with my eyes open and my eyes didn't sting. International food is available within 100m of walking. The rooms are decent. It has an elevator. But I do not get why staying guests need to pay Php75.00 for use of pool. The distance is a bit far from the city center. It can be best reached through Grab.

Rooms are mediocre, doors are not secured, you can basically just insert any object between the jam and the door will be opened. Gaps on door panels was just taped with masking tape. The rates are very affordable. Aircon is working great. Location is also great. Everything is close to the suite. Staff are accommodating especially that I have my cravings at 2 AM. there's a little problem with the first room we got. There's water dripping from the room just above ours. It goes straight to the sink and wets our hair. It has an unpleasant smell. Don't want to know exactly where it came from.
