As a budget hotel, this does the job. It is quiet, clean, conveniently located (though still a walk from Diversion road, where most jeep routes you might need as a tourist pass through), and vibrant (maaliwalas). Overall experience staying at Figtree hotel, is great. You just have to be careful going in the bathroom the floor is slippery specially when it gets wet. Shower works great. Broken towel rack, some minor broken drawers, other than that convenient location 10 min walk to SM and other amenities. Wifi is not great, I might add, so get e Sims if you can.
In my 5 days of stay, I observed that the hotel is in a good location at the Atria District with several restaurants nearby, and the place itself is quiet which is good for rest. The room size is also acceptable for a solo traveler. However, the service needs improvement. The front desk staff seem unapproachable and rarely greet guests. Room is small bathroom is tini with very small sink. The shower water pressure very week. Breakfast is boiled eggs noodle and hot dog. It can be improved. But locatio is vev good lots of restaurants to choose from.
