unsatisfactory performace ofthe receptionist, cant handle clients well, sarcastic, rooms are small but if u just need room to sleep its good than wala. No available amenities, no towels until asked, staff suddenly barged in without knocking, wifi dont reach the rooms,and rooms are narrow i travel alone and went fir room for 2 expecting it would be somewhat spacious but no its narrow no space for ur bags, space only…
*Very noisy aircon, *On and off water The water will be out after 20 seconds and will be back after 5 mins. It will go on and on like that. Run for it. *The light is very boring. Sorry, it is a hotel meant just to have a place to stay, not to relax and have quite time.
I am unsatisfied, the lady in the counter was so sarcastic whereas I was asking politely! The rooms are too narrow, not even any amenities when I arrived at the rooms and no wifi too. The rooms in other inns was much better, if I should have known I would never step here. This is my first time staying in an inn here at Iligan:)
The rooms were clean and cozy. Had all the amenities that we needed. It's located behind Adventist Hospital and it has a lot of carenderias around so you won't be hungry.
very affordable room rates. Air-con are working fine. Peaceful. Rooms are tight, but still manageable. Easy to find. Location is very accessible even for commuters. Accommodating staffs.
This is smaller Famous way behind the big famous . VERY POOR SERVICE and non existent customer service . UNFRIENDLY employees no respect whatsoever . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THiS TO ANYONE!!!!
Stairs are too stiff, rooms are tight, telephones are not working, only one towel provided for 2 persons, no bath soap or even shampoo provided. Everything is on the counter with pay. TVs needed assistance to operate. Ac barely gets cold at day time.
