Low-key rooms in an informal hotel offering breakfast & parking, as well as a coffee shop.
We stayed 2 nights March 9 & 10, Room no.1 The staff were friendly, the room is clean, tv signal was poor we cannot watch any program, there is a water leak at the bathroom sink cabinet. The hotel should not sell a room with water leak inside the bathroom. Small rooms, weak/absent WiFi/cell signal. Your room needs to be beside the lobby itself to get good cell/wifi signal. They should fire their network administrator. Or maybe they don't have one. It's very easy to boost WIFI signal if you don't mind buying extra routers. You can do the same to boosting cellular signals. Just buy signal boosters. Currently staying for 16 nights. Price is very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and polite. The only thing that I can say needs work on is the coffee vending machine. It doesn't dispense coffee most of the time. Wifi is good when you are in the lobby but terrible when you're inside the room. So far the whole place is clean and cozy. They also have packages for exclusive use of the resort. Highly recommend.
Our stay was like a home away from home ... Very attentive & hospitable staff.. European themed rooms w/ extra lbed lights...IG WORTHY SITTING / INFORMATION AREA... Addition bonus..LIGOLAND RESORT as you walked outside the hotel... we'll surely be back on our next BICOL trip... affordable room rates... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. 💜
Very nice & clean hotel with great service and convenient parking. Can be a bit noisy, with trucks parking out front, people being loud outside or tricycle vendors blaring announcements for fish. Having only 4 TV channels and rather small rooms is not ideal for an extended stay, however. Breakfast was great!
