The rooms are good, and they have approachable managements. Though, the location is a little bit too far from the center of IC.

Place is one thing to consider - not in the main road so its quiet; there is a restaurant (Dear Manok) just a minute walk; jeepneys route are accessible especially the one going to Buru-un (jeepney that passes Maria Cristina); public market is also few minutes walk where you can buy local fruits. this place gives me the creeps.. i felt someones watching you inside the room no parking space. the place is crowded outside and filled with passenger jeepneys as a terminal. Good WIFI though

I'm sorry we cannot recommend the place.looks good in picture but beware its seems not safe at night & flooded around the vicinity.There's no formal hotel clerk it look likes its a housemaid attending the guest.They don't extend discount to senior citizen.That's ouw experience.Take the risk for you to know.
