Now part of the RedDoorz franchise. Requires a lot of improvement. Shower did not work (third floor). Wifi signal also weak there. Poorly insulated, so aircon struggles in the day. Still, not the worst place to stay in Naga. Room on lower floor looked a bit better.

cheap and nice hotel. accomodating staffs. good meals. but what i liked the most is the ambience of the place. peaceful and quiet. an escape from all the city stress and unnecessary noise.
