This hotel for my opinion was the best , the showers were cleaned In my room, the bed and floor was spotless no stains . And I also realized it depends what room you get , sometimes it's dirty clean or sometimes normal . aside from all this hotel was the best
Great hotel, great staff, good ambience, ample parking space (when I was here twice already. Free morning breakfast is ok. Coffee dispenser serves hot coffee...... Friendly guards, friendly font desk staff ... This will be my go to hotel when in Naga. Kudos Team CBD Hotel.
For the price it’s ok… breakfast really simple, rooms clean, hot water for shower, kind people. if I have to come back in this city, I’ll book here again

Room are not that luxious but you are paying for the great location. Its just in front of the bus terminal anf few walks away from the coliseum and SM naga. Lot of stores around it. It has a complimentary breakfast. You can walk-in without reservation during off-season.
