I stayed at this hotel for a night and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the lack of proper customer service. I stayed for a night at this hotel it was very discouraging. Customer service is poor, no upfront customer service most of the time. There's no soap in the bathroom. There's no tv in the room. The place is like 2mins away from SM Naga and bus terminal. Very accessible to everything. The room we booked is good for 7 pax which is clean..new..beds & pillows are very soft & comfy. AC is strong. Water and hot shower are available. Free wifi. In short, this is a good place to stay overnight or for few days at a very reasonable price.
place is accessible is very near to the bus terminal, mall and market. Room is good only. The blanket is very thin. You must bring your own blanket if you want to use your ac continuously. Blanket smell like it was not dried properly. Staff is good and approachable. Overall stay is good.
Nice clean rooms (booked small, 2 single beds). Very accommodating staff & owner (Norman Borj). They have electric water pot which is good if you want to drink coffee or tea or eat cup noodles in the room. A hot shower would help a lot, especially if you're really tired & want to take a shower at night...this would be a nice upgrade.
We had a great stay in this place. The room is well maintained, air con worked well, there is hot water in the shower and an electric kettle. Only thing missing is hand soap and cups but nothing serious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend.
Got no pictures but the place is really convenient. It is near SM and to the CBD area so it is easy to go around. When we tried to contact them, they responded immediately. They provided towels but you got to bring toiletries. The area is quiet at night and even in the morning so you can sleep well at night.
