Only stay here if you're in Iligan for 2 -3 days. Beware of your surroundings. Seedy individuals and drunkards abound in this area. Wi-Fi connection is not good, slow. The place looks creepy in the lobby.
Affordable if you only stay for 12 hours. Bath towels and bedsheets need to be replaced. Aircondition unit in Rm 10 needs to be cleaned.
Somewhat old but it's strength lies in the fact that it is located in the heart of the city where everything is walking distance away coupled with it's cheap price this is practically a bargain for visitors.
