If you simply want a place to stay in Lipa and you're on a budget. This is a good place to stay. The room is okay and for the price, it's reasonable. It's got the basics (towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, no toothbrush and toothpaste) and it's clean. There's Wi-Fi and TV. The front desk staff is friendly, approachable and handsome. Even though I got the basic room yet it's condusive and has a big bed. The wifi connection is good. The location is strategically located beside SM City Lipa and outside has a lot of eatery especially the lomi house. They have enough parking space and it's accessible too. Most importantly the rates is budget-friendly.
Bed and ventilation are quite okay. Toilet is very dirty and smelly. The shower curtain is also dirty and not laundered. Shower heater barely works. Toilet sink is also dirty (have to stop breathing brushing my teeth). Parking is huge and location is very convenient. Kuya guard and receptionist are courteous and accommodating.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the hotel imposes too many unnecessary charges. You’ll be billed for corkage and even a deposit fee, which doesn’t make sense when the stay has already been fully paid. Excellent place to stay if you missed the last transport to your destination. Cozy, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms just behind the bus station. 24h reception, snacks and cold drinks for sale 24h (no beers though). Unfortunately the restaurant is closing early. Excellent WiFi, and also an agreeable smoking area.
