Zhaya's Beach Cottages & Restobar

Just decent enough for the price, nothing out of the ordinary. Small beach cabins, have small bathrooms, no hot water though, which was a down for me. Far from the main town, which you need to be ready for and a 15 minutes pebbles road up and down hill with no street lights for a big distance. Decent beach and good staff. Food at the restaurant is great, unfortunately ate only once there.

I found this place on Agoda and my biggest selling point was the AC! I got the deluxe double room with a balcony. This little slice of paradise is a perfect getaway if you’re looking to remove yourself from the craziness of el nido town. Be warned, it is far away from any major city, about 1 hour ride away. El Nido town is so busy during this season that we want to escape to the serene and welcoming arms of Zhaya's Beach Cottages. Zhaya gave us the perfect respite for our weary body and spirit. I recently spent a wonderful week at Zhaya’s Beach in Palawan (35’min North of El Nido Town) and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was consistently delicious and well-presented, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and highly professional. Spend a little extra and have the seaview bungalow (first video), totally worth it the extra $30 a night, for your own bathroom and AC. Food is really good and Kyle at the bar is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and the owners/staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food and drinks were also great! The rooms are basic with a small double bed and ensuite - the fan in each room were sufficient to keep us cool enough (during the end of April). Amazing place to chill and relax. Hard to find places like this in El Nido, it was a bumpy and hard road to get here, but SO worth it.
