-5 star hotel, businesses like this should be closed down. Cleanliness on arrival: When we arrived, the bathroom entrance mat was full of dirt/mud. Serious security issues: There is no real security. The hotel entrance is separate from the reception entrance. There is a table and chairs for a security guard, but during our 5-night stay we saw the guard only once. We booked the Standard Family Room for one night, the room was good for us 5 people (actually 6 can fit in). Located just behind the San Miguel Corporation and Coca Cola Area, nearby to fastfood. A walking distance to the Robinson Marasbaras Mall. On the way to the Tacloban Airport. Have a clean rooms and below the building is a gym and Taekwondo training center.
