The staff was excellent very helpful and friendly, whatever time of day or night .My room was always clean and tidy and they tended to my every need, whatever it be. Clean rooms, approachable and very friendly staff. Wifi connection is strong and stable. The whole 4 days stay there, we had 65mbps upload/download speed. Great customer service, splendid rooms, cool airconditioning , clean beds and bathrooms. Room has its own refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel is located near ATM/Banks , fastfood chains /restaurants , and just across BGC uptown.
Zen Premium customer service and accommodation is so horrible.... First, you have to wait 3 days before you can get your room clean. Second, wifi is non existence in your room. Coffee is limited to one cup per person per day. No landline and cable tv are also limited. If you can stand outside noise then this hotel is for you. This hotel is not in BGC, it is outside BGC in Makati City. You can walk to Uptown Mall in about 20 minutes, and 30 minutes to Bonifacio High Street.
