We had a wonderful stay at Zen Hotel. The price is very affordable, making it perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, plus they offer free complimentary breakfast and free pool access which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and budget-friendly getaway!

I always stay here whenever I go to Nueva Vizcaya, one of the most decent, fairly new hotels in the area. at night, they offer a lounge type entertainment with live singer and normally the restaurant is jump packed. 4 story hotel, parking in front and at the back with coffee shop beside the hotel

I didn’t realize that I had left my bag at Zen Hotel when I checked out. Thankfully, the staff called me and secured it. They were also very kind to have my bag delivered back to me. Shoutout to Erica — you were amazing! 🙌

Good food and room but customer service needs significant improvement, especially the ones in the receptions area. Otherwise, you won't have any returning guests.

Great location and hotel marred by poor restaurant services. Rooms are clean with generous provisions for pillows, beddings, and towels. Their restaurant food is great but unfortunately lacks professional kitchen processes. Food takes a while to be served but the worse part is that they serve your orders in different times.
