For an old hotel the price is cheap. Although, the heater is not working and they only have free soap and water dispenser on the hallway. Some of the lights are not working so as the WiFi. However, their staffs are kind and hospitable.

YMCA and Ragtime hotel huwag Po kayo gagalaw Jan it's belongs to the iha..Because Starry night..remember her hubby, in that picture of YMCA there is 18 stars shining...So in Ragtime there is still 18 stars shine,refers also 5 star isn't it hubby..
For travellers who have tight budget but want a comfortable sleep, safe, and shower during their stay here in Dagupan City. Along jeepney line. There are a lot of store and eatery outsid. You can walk going to McDo, st. Joseph, mercury drug and banks/atm booths. Not close to five star, victory liner, Dagupan bus, malls, church, or market. You need to ride a jeepney to go to these places.
