The hotel is located outside about 10-15 minutes from the city center. It is hard to miss as the hotel is within the compound of a commercial gasoline station. Reception staffs are accommodating. This place really is terrible. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Everything is poorly maintained, so many things are broken and nothing is fixed. Recommended. Staffs are friendly, rooms are cleaned, and well maintained. The only downside is that there's a problem with the Wi-Fi connection.
Poor service. Guests had to wait until someone shows up at the conceirge to assist with checking in. At midnight, I woke up to the unbearable noise of the cars and trucks passing by. Situated at the heart of Mati City, it is near to the beach and bay walk. It offers great and spacious rooms. Cold aircon with cable tv channels. There's also a cafe at the ground floor and a nearby convenience store. The staffs are accommodating and caters your needs with sense of urgency. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.
Our skins were having red spots!!!!! The room is so itchy. They did not sanitize the room. The blankets are dirty seems like they did not washed it. How horrible 😡😡😡
