We only stayed at this hotel for one day before moving to a different one. We booked two rooms, but the air conditioner in my parents’ room was not working. They sent someone to check it and said everything was fine, but when I checked again after 15 minutes, the room was still warm. Stayed for 2 nights here. The room was quite spacious. They don't have trash can in the room though. The sole trash can was inside the restroom. Also upon entering our room there's this unpleasant smell.
The staffs are friendly and very accomodating but…the room was extremely dirty. The CR and the entire space smelled dusty, and I could feel the dust irritating my nose and skin. The bed did not appear to be properly cleaned and felt itchy. The floors were also very dirty, with visible dust, fallen hair strands, and uncleaned shoe prints.
Dirty and clearly not well maintained. There are stains on sheets and dirt on the floor and wall. Good location though and spacious rooms.
