I do not recommend this establishment. We were unjustly charged ₱1,500 for five “missing” towels that we did not take, and the staff insisted on claims that were clearly unfounded. The place is so noisy coz it is next to the resort and there is karaoke playing all day long until evening, tv is not working, ac dont have remote control, poor housekeeping.

The whole place, room and service is great!! A 10 to 15 minutes ride from Santiago City proper. The room is very clean, amenities are complete, hot shower bath, air conditioned room, nice view overall excellent service. When it comes to service, they are responsive to concerns. Just want to suggest an intercom in the rooms.
The room has full of mosquitoes and flies (even at night).the blanket given to us was I think a table cloth. It was so small..the toilet seat was so disgusting..they should have removed the toilet seat.internet was so weak to none.the only consolation was the free breakfast..we couldnt wait to check out the next morning bec we didnt get to sleep bec of the mosquitoes..worst experience
Upon arriving at the entrance, we were a bit underwhelmed by its plain and uninviting appearance, which made it seem more like a residential area. The cottages also lacked some aesthetic appeal and the karaoke machines seemed outdated. However, the three pools more than made up for it. Stuff is not friendly and kind of rude specially at the reception lady is very rude to her costumes showing attitude makes us all upset so we all decided to leave the place instead of making trouble my husband is very upset about her showing attitude … spoiling are day instead of having fun👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
