Airconditioning unit is very good. If you have your car, they'll let you occupy the room with parking space. There is also a parking area outside rooms if ever all with parking space are occupied. The Hotel is good, We are regularly checking in twice a month before, then suddenly the Hotel Management added 250 pesos charge for the parking fee of the Trucks, so we are quite disappointed because it feels like there is a discrimination for all trucks. (Byaheros)
It's expensive. Doesn't even include breakfast. No time allowance, just 12 hours and that's it. If you're in a rush to check out early then this might go fine for you. Not recommended for family on travel. And not even free WiFi. TV is not functional, just one advertisement channel available. Tsk tsk tsk tsk. Not good.

They are very strick in time, no allowance. No slippers available in the room. You have to bring your own. The tv is blurd.
