There was no sound and remote control for the small TV in the Ponce dorm type room. No bidet,no tissues, no knob for the shower, the toilet bowl water tank is broken and wasting precious water. The environment is quiet and the views outside is very good though
I stayed in a room at the apartment for 7 days. Room is nice but toilet needs improvement. No housekeeping, perhaps unless requested (I did not request, no one asked). Bed is soft, I had a bit of sleep issue. Air-condition was working. No toiletries provided. Get your own. Water dispenser at the reception, you can fill in. No place to hang cloths.
Quite decent for the rate you're paying. We had a room of 5 bunkers (double decked beds) in a big room with good enough bathroom. Don't expect too much for the bedsheets, pillows and the blanket though.
If you're staying in Bay Bay VSU Apartelle is your best option if you are used to western amenities. Every unit has a private back porch with tables and chairs with a beautiful view of the Bay. Great price and 30m from marine sanctuary to swim or a pool a short stroll away. Indoor showers and toilet and good air conditioning to keep the heat at bay.
Accomodation is great. They make sure you get the best treatment. Facility is great also. I stayed in a room with 12 beds, but still i experienced total comfort.
Decent place to have a good rest when traveling around the Baybay City area. A little far from the port area but has access to the seaside via the resort inside the campus
