Several things has to change. First, me and the group arrived at 5pm but rooms were not ready when check out time wqs 1pm. When the room was handed to us, there was no towels and toilet papers either. Next was, I specifically booked for a room for two but ended up for a sharing room with 3 single beds. This hotel is near the Port Park and Hundred Island boat rides. On the other side, the food is mid and pricey, flush and bidet is not working, the room seems not maintained well and worn down, they didn’t even bother put towels, trash bin and rugs on the rooms. Have to get it in the front office. Aircon is working. The staff are nice and helpful tough. Overall it’s not a good experience to stay here.
Prankly speaking, this hotel doesn't deserve a star. It doesn't serve the purpose of a hotel. A hotel should be a place where you can stay and relax but this place was not. Wonderfully situated near the pier, has good amenities but water can be a struggle to use, with the shower handles being broken but still functional. Air Conditioner filters are left uncleaned leaving the room slightly temperate, had to clean them ourselves to get a cool room. Also, lack of sufficient outlets were a hassle. Wasn't able to take photos of the room itself but this comment should suffice.
