30 years ago since my last visit here, this place was so popular, always congested during summer. The location is perfect, Clean, pretty good environment, perfect place at sunset, very good for morning walk. Now, everything are fading. There's a chance for this place to bring back the old days. Rehabilitate the entire site, renovate structures and add more facilities or rooms and swimming.

So much thrash in the beach and in the water, hardly any beach at all. But for the 50 pesos entrance fee you get a what you pay for. There were a lot of stray dogs, its my first time going b there after 20 years and it has changed a LOT! Most notable of all is that the beach is almost gone!

We went here to check an Event and while there i had the opportunity to Inspect the Place. The Resort looked like its heyday had faded, it probably looked amazing 30 years ago. Trash is littered before the gate and long the driveway. The beach had a lot of garbage. Buildings look rundown.
Though the rooms were good, the management weren't really accommodating. Some of them also charged an additional 25 pesos per shower use. And the restrooms weren't really maintained well, along with just one usable toilet cubicle.
