Stayed here for 4 days on vacation. The place may look nice, but the room I stayed in wasn't. The first night I stayed, I already noticed ants on the floor, all over the bathroom, and sometimes next to the bed. I even saw a cockroach under the window sill. The third night, my sibling left the lights off for a moment, then turned them on. Suddenly, the lights were completely swarmed with some type of misquito looking…

Worst experience! We reserved a family room, but when we followed up the day before our arrival, we were informed that the room had been given to another guest. As a result, we had no choice but to book a more expensive family room. I brought my 7-year-old daughter, and we were charged an additional ₱1,500 for an extra person. However, despite the extra charge, the hotel refused to provide an extra bed. Very disappo…
The place is one ride from the church and within walking distance of Gaisano Mall. The rooms are very clean, with beds that use comforter covers. The bathroom inside the room is also clean, but the lobby restroom is very dirty and smelly. The hotel offers a great view of the Maasin seaport. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The last order for dinner is at 7:30 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. The roo…

They would accommodate my order IF someone from the resto knows me. I've been there several times, but i would only eat then pay. I don't go around introducing myself to the se…
The staff, especially the owner, weren’t friendly. Our friend was having their wedding pictorial at the hotel, but we were only allowed to take pictures in the same locations, making the shots look boring and the moments less memorable. There were too many restrictions. We asked politely, but they responded in a rude tone. At one point, the photographers were about to take a picture of the bride and her family when…
Had a nice mug of brewed coffee and a chocolate/banana muffin. ₱125. Well worth it.
Perfect location to stay in if needing to be in MASSIN. Rooms are decent and AC equipped to keep the rooms cool. Customer service is exceptional they will help you above and beyond even the security guards are very helpful. Breakfast is included that offers Filipino or American style. Great shakes for 130 pesos, my favorite is the buko shake (coconut). The only thing I would improve in is the bathroom. It’s on the s…
