Stayed here for 4 days on vacation. The place may look nice, but the room I stayed in wasn't. The first night I stayed, I already noticed ants on the floor, all over the bathroom, and sometimes next to the bed. I even saw a cockroach under the window sill. Worst experience! We reserved a family room, but when we followed up the day before our arrival, we were informed that the room had been given to another guest. The place is one ride from the church and within walking distance of Gaisano Mall. The rooms are very clean, with beds that use comforter covers. Perfect location to stay in if needing to be in MASSIN. Rooms are decent and AC equipped to keep the rooms cool. Customer service is exceptional they will help you above and beyond even the security guards are very helpful. Breakfast is included that offers Filipino or American style.
