Location great because its near the parks and fantasy land. But the staff and room were horrible. Entered the room tidy which is good, but the bathroom the water was brown. Also the toilet water was brown. The room amenities was poor, 1 sachet of shampoo, for 2 persons. The blanket was only one and its single size. Staff was not nice, it feels like they don't want costumers as they are pushing us away. But I insiste…

What guests say
The location is convenient and the place itself was okay, but unfortunately the receptionist staff is rude and unwelcoming during our visit. Customer service should definitely be improved.
If you are a foreigner don't bother going here. They will see you coming and overcharge you. They literally handed us a price sheet for the rooms, the prices were all wrong. We stayed here about 2 months before and the room was p850. The price increase to p900, which is normal, but i said it was unavailable. P1k what's the only thing available. There were hardly any other guests there. Annoying.
They have no shower. The room seems old. The windows were terrible and the mosquitos were inside. The staffs were unfriendly and unaccommodating. We paid 1k for one night.
I stayed on sunday afternoon and hoping to use the pool cause it says its open at 6am for stayed guest but its still close even around 7am. I have to check out at 7am to prepare for 8am business meeting. The staff are rude, and not accommodating. The price for rooms are a bit pricy and does not match with its service. Not even wifi are available in the room. Plus, there is a lot of mosquitos in the room.
These are my main issues with this place: 1. Staff at concierge/information/booking desk - horrible and very rude. When we first saw our room, we asked to upgrade and we are willing to pay. But when their booking system slowed down, he told us that we should just accept the room and asked us why should we even bother changing rooms. Also, his attitude irritates me to no end. (Would’ve added more stars if his attitud…
Located over the road from the beach (20 metres away) Nice hotel, bit dated, OK if you want to escape from everything, no WiFi in the rooms, barely any signal either. We stayed for one week and it was lovely for the first 5 days until a group of about 40 Filipinos arrived they were very noisy running through the corridors shouting and even banging on our door at 3am, leaving broken glass and food everywhere. Absolut…
