I didn't stay in the hotel yet, but I used the pool area. The staff is great and the pool area is enjoyable. It is a basic large pool with a kiddie pool area. If you don't like to be around kids, this is not the pool for you.
The sweetest and most friendly staff I have ever experienced.Always smiling and laughing Clean pool,rooms were old but spotless.I felt at home. The view is great, but that is really the only good thing I can say about it. The room has old dingy furniture, it isn't cleaned properly, the hot water in the shower doesn't work properly, and the AC doesn't keep the room cool. Stayed here at the beginning of June to attend a wedding. The room (a deluxe twin) was spacious and clean. The communal areas were also spacious and clean with high ceilings. In Tandag City this is the only hotel with pool, like a resort maybe where there are cottages. Nice to celebrate special occasions if u just want a celebration by the cottages and pool..However, the restrooms that are for common-used weren't well-maintained, dirty and out of order. Hope this is what they will consider cos restrooms are very important in a resort type establisment.
