The villa (phase 1) was not properly maintained and did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom was not working. It was a nice quiet place perfect for a big family gathering. We all went by car but I think it will be difficult to go there by public transport as it looks like it's in the middle of a jungle. We booked phase 2 and it really exceeded expectations *The pool and ambiance was well maintained and peaceful. *Staff was nice and accommodating *Host was responsive and always helpful with questions Dont be discouraged with the other reviews about the roads going there. Its easily navigated via gmaps and waze. Will boom again definitely.
