Rooms are very small for the price, not included in the price, no hot water, no tv, no appliances and I guess you have to pay for oxygen as well 😣 a 12 hour stay cost ₱1200. You can only eat food purchase on the property or pay a surcharge. Anyway to scam a few xtra bucks from Wallet.

I have been a customer for the past years and I really enjoyed my stay. It is right beside the highway in Calauag. A perfect and accessible place to eat and rest if you're going to Manila to coming fron Manila going to Bicol/South. Food is definitely good and they even have a pool for your kids.

There is no water in the shower need to use a bucket to wash, no fridge , mattress is extremely low quality not recommended at all
the room is too old they should renovate it to became comfortable to sleep. the cr is very dirty as well as the room. there is no TV too. the price is OK but they take 300 peso as down payment as well as the room fee. so you pay 750 and they say you will refund the 300 after you check out. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
For short stay like 12 hrs stay for long travels. It is cozy and clean. Spacious safe parking, clean restaurants and pool.
