Low-key rooms & an Italian restaurant in an informal hotel offering Wi-Fi & breakfast.
Lacks basic hotel amenities that one expects, it says on check in ad that it includes slippers but none are provided unless asked, no shampoo, soap and other toiletries provided, lacks staff in general as of May 2026. Drinking water provided is not 1:1. The pool has algae already, seems they dont clean it.
They should really close down parts of it with on-going renovations, how are guests meant to rest when there’s constant banging and sawing on the ceiling above you? To add to that there were leaks and they had to put a bucket to catch water in the room. Also the breakfast was the same and with few options for the 5 or so days we stayed.
We've had a great stay in Villa Italia Hotel :D the room felt homey, The staff were very accommodating, even the most mundane to taxing of requests. Everyone has been really warm & welcoming. The breakfast and other food options in the menu was great too !
