Firstly, the door was kept open so the flies were having a party around the food on the table. Very unhygienic There was also a seminar next door and their participants are coming in and out to use the toilet in the reception room. It was very dirty, and they sell random things in the front of their resort: vapes, eggs, etc. Which is not very formal. Did not like my experience, pool was filthy, the only think I liked here was some animals.

Not so great, not so worst. Pools was good, but so crowded. Zoo smell like piss. Entrance fee was fine. But the prices at the store... That makes the whole resort funny. Prices like fine dining Resto but the food taste like sh*t.

The place is huge, pool was really good but the problem is/ are, it's not well maintained. Comfort room and shower room is just disgusting. I hope they will put extra effort when it comes to cleanliness of the resort.
