Victoria King Hotel

Floor are very dirty. Bath Room also like someone currently using before check-in. Location and FO only good impression. Room and housekeeping zero star. Pillow case also Valery bad smell. Also no WiFi .

I have not actually stayed at the hotel since it's for our participants. The 5-star rating is for their customer service and communications: smooth, polite, and prompt. The location is also prime, situated beside the national road, one trike away from restos or malls :)

The room rate does not include breakfast. Parking space is limited and not sufficient for all guests, and the guards on duty were not attentive to guests’ parking needs. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit is placed right next to the bed, which raises concerns about comfort and room layout.

Other places in the town are fully booked, so I have no choice but to be here even though location is somewhat far from the center of the town. When I arrived it was raining so somehow I was a bit wet and feel so cold 🥶.. when I checked in, the building had no functioning elevator, and my room was on the 4th floor, so I hiked up carrying 6kg bag. Ill-maintained rooms. Dirty, dusty, linens are yellowish, stains everywhere, shower not functioning well. It feels like the owner doesn’t really care about this business. The door in room 208 is not fit, someone can see those inside from the outside of the room. Towels given are obviously old and worn out from the frequent bleaching. Cabinets don’t have hangers. I love the price! But the room is much better than other hotels whose price is higher. However, bathroom fixtures are not well-maintained.

The room rates are reasonable. The room that was given to us was clean and huge for a 2 person room. The service is also good. Located beside the Budget Wise. The overall facility is good but can be improved further by future renovation. The overall security is also good and can be further improved if there are other security personnel inside the building for back-up in case of untoward incidents. Our overnight stay…

Best so far found in this city. No breakfast. Hot gas heated shower. Great kingsize bed. Windows are thin, there is a lot of noise on the roadside all night and mornings. I recommend you to not take a room on the roadside. No breakfast available here. Restaurant permanently closed at 5th floor
