Very disappointing experience. We reserved a room a day before and already planned our itinerary around this hotel, only to be told on the actual check-in date that the room was unavailable. What’s worse is that the booking platform clearly stated that payment upon arrival was accepted, yet the hotel later insisted that reservations should have been paid immediately. located where mall(R), convenience stores are near. Spacious parking space of around 7 vehicles, no complementary breakfast but can be ordered in the hotel. Water and unlimited coffee are at the ground near the reception area. Toiletries are provided. My go to haven when Im staying in Tacloban, staff are very accomodating, good wifi, clean Rooms and quiet placa with parking area❤️😎

This is a great spot to stay for a night or two. We stayed after a flight. It's close to food, a new mall, and banks. All within a 15-20 minute walk. The front desk organizer us a transfer to Southern Leyte and their prices were cheaper than others we ask. Great hot water and wifi. Very clean.

The room was decent and clean. We stayed at the 3rd floor where there's no WiFi and no one to assist us carry our bags-- at least during that time. No intercom. No bidet in the toilet. Towels and blankets were thin and small. Furthermore, the young lady receptionist seemed untrained. She's shy, not proactive, and doesn't have a customer-oriented attitude. She only has one short answer to one question.
