WORST hotel/motel ever. We booked 2 nights stay since the photos from Agoda are okay and maintained but REALITY, the rooms and comfort room are so dirty, very far from what they are advertising! It was really unfair that they did not issue us refund since we refused to stay even for an hour. They also own Nipa Hut Resort, not sure if it is also worth the say.
This is the worst room I've ever seen my entire life. Clearly not worthy of stay even for a second. Don't book here. I tried to cancel it and get refund but they don't want to return the payment. What a shame.
I rate this Motel Honestly, and I experienced it, the room was dirty, especially when we checked in, it was dirty for 12 hours, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned or perfumed, and there seemed to be moss on the floor and the water smells like it's coming from a drain and the bed sheets seem like they're only changed once because when we checked in there were still traces of leaks or dirt so what can we think,…

My personal experience at this place was absolutely horrible, thank god I wasn’t traveling with kids. This is a “pleasure” place and I think it should be advertised as such. Or they should at least have separate rooms and entrance for other guests. The first thing we were ask before we could even say anything “how many hours you need” right there in public. With services beyond my expextations.
The rooms are not really clean, almost no wi-fi connection in the room and the main door can't be closed but they have hot water and the staff is very friendly.
