Staff literally stole our food and forced us to check out before 9AM! I have NEVER experienced such outreageously disrespectful behavior from any staff in my entire life. Disgusting bathrooms, curtains falling apart, I couldn't find anything that went actually right. Do not waste your money there unless you don't care about your belongings and being forced out early in the morning.
Private villa that is very suitable if you have a pet with you. Very pet friendly, comfortable with big bed. I just hope that the villa has it's own wifi(repeater maybe) so we don't need to go out in their workspace if we need internet for work. But overall, it was good stay with friendly staff.
I appreciate this hotel! I have been visiting LU like twice a yr and tried different kinds of hotels, but this hotel is nearby to the beach, restaurants and touristic spot. Staff are accommodating. Also, they are flexible.. Last minute I had a sprained and had to cancel my reservation. Never been thankful because they're very understanding about it. Thank you!
The important wireless network is very poor, which prevents me from using the internet for work. The environment is dirty and full of mosquitoes. The toilet does not hold water. The photos do not match the actual room. For this price, it is better to stay in a better hotel. I hope everyone will pay attention to this hotel and avoid it if you can.
One of the best locations in San Juan surf town! Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to a lot of places with great food, bars, cafés, and convenience stores. If you are looking for an immersion in nature, this is for you. Just a fan room, but the fresh air is incomparable, and the sound of the waves is like a lullaby. Also a stone's throw from Clean Beach where you can dine when you're hungry. There's a small tidal pool just across kubo, so you can enjoy the swim without being thrown (too much) by the waves. The bathroom was very dirty, with both the faucet and shower water being not only dirty (yellowish in color) but also foul-smelling. To make matters worse, the staff were also not friendly. Every time we returned to the accommodation, they would question us where we are going / why are we entering. There was a pool but it was never opened.
